Service.

Welcome to Meat u There, a platform operated by BreaktroughF1 LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services—including browsing the menu, placing reservations, making advance payments, submitting reviews, or interacting with our café locator—you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Key areas covered by these Terms:

  1. Eligibility & Accounts: You must be capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

  3. Reservations & Payments: You may place a party or table reservation and, where applicable, pay an advance amount via our supported payment partners. A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment (when required) and receipt/confirmation shown on the site. You agree that prices, taxes, and charges may vary by café, date, time slot, or promotional offers.
  4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds: Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and deductions (if any) are shown at the time of booking and/or in the reservation confirmation. If you do not arrive within the grace period or the café cannot accommodate changes in party size beyond the reserved capacity, your reservation may be cancelled or adjusted at the café’s discretion. Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
  5. Menu & Availability: Menu items, prices, and availability (including chef specials and seasonal items) are subject to change without prior notice. Images and descriptions are illustrative. Dietary tags (e.g., veg, gluten-free) are best- effort indicators; if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please consult the café team on arrival.
  6. Reviews & Content: You may submit ratings, text, and (optionally) photos, which must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. You grant BreaktroughF1 LLP a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for platform and promotional purposes. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content at our discretion.
  7. Intellectual Property: The platform, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other materials, is owned or licensed by BreaktroughF1 LLP. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
  8. Third-Party Services: We may integrate maps, payments, analytics, or other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
  9. Service Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, or availability (including time slots) at any time without liability. We may also apply updates or maintenance that temporarily affect access.
  10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability: The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreaktroughF1 LLP disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the applicable reservation or service giving rise to the claim.
  11. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold BreaktroughF1 LLP harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your breach of these Terms.
  12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform.
  13. Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. By continuing to use the platform after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
